Drop-off is Friday, September 10th: 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM. Please select your preferred drop-off time.**

* Clothing/items after 5:30 pm NOT accepted; NO EXCEPTIONS!

** Volunteer times and dropoff slots are assigned on a first come, first served basis. The sooner you get your form in, the better the odds you will get assigned to the time slots you requested. If either one of your requested slot(s) is full, you will be contacted to change your slot(s).

*** Please note that if you choose this time slot, you must remain for the ENTIRE SHIFT! You will be required to help with the taking down of all items at the resale, including take down of racks, which may require heavy lifting, as well as sweeping the floor, taking out garbage, etc. You also may be required to go to the club’s storage unit to return resale items. This may also require lifting of heavier boxes and containers.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. All sales final; no refunds issued. We reserve the right to withhold any item(s) from the sales floor that do not adhere to our regulations &/or are deemed inappropriate. Also, if an item is not tagged, Double Blessings may tag and price that item at a price determined by them and the proceeds from the sale of that item will go to the Club. All checks will be mailed to address you indicate on this form. All items left after pick-up time will be donated or discarded, when appropriate. Your tags will be available only at the next 2 meetings after the resale for pick up. You will receive a confirmation email that your seller registration form was received. If you do not, it is YOUR responsibility to follow up in a timely manger with Maggie Callaghan to make sure that you are registered as a seller.
